Debit/Credit Card Alert

Law enforcement officials have informed us that there has been a computer network breach in a local retailer’s system.  Your accounts are at risk if your debit or credit card was used at this retail location in the last several months.

Due to the extreme risk of fraudulent transactions against our customers and to protect your accounts, we have decided to close all affected cards immediately.  New cards will be ordered and delivered to customers as quickly as possible. 

There is an ongoing investigation in progress and we may not share any additional information at this time.  You will receive a letter from us if your First National debit card was involved and a new card will be automatically ordered.

If you have any questions or need to report an unauthorized transaction in your account, please contact us as soon as possible.  During banking hours, contact us at 815-562-5571.  After hours, you may call 800-221-5920.
